The City of Foster City (“City”) invites qualified firms and nonprofit organizations that meet the requirements to provide a proposal in compliance with the City of Foster City’s Housing Element, Policy H-A, Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, and Program H-B-2-b, Nonprofit Maintenance/Rehabilitation Program

September 30, 2025: Deadline to submit questions by 5:00 PM to njabba@fostercity.org .

October 15, 2025: Proposal due by 5:00 PM to njabba@fostercity.org
