To clarify, this is an open‑enrollment contract and will remain open until the department
determines otherwise. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis at any time while the
solicitation is open. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit their packages at any time.
Submissions are opened every other week at the public meeting of the Board of Contract and
Supply.
