The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) is seeking a Responder to support the Minnesota Kindergarten Fall Assessment (MnKFA) project. MDE seeks a Responder with experience in and knowledge of developmentally appropriate early learning assessments to provide the state with: 1) an early learning assessment (i.e., the MnKFA assessment); 2) a web-based platform for the MnKFA assessment (i.e., the MnKFA platform); and 3) training/professional development to accompany the MnKFA assessment and MnKFA platform.
The purpose of the MnKFA is to produce child-level standards-based outcome data from the fall of kindergarten that can be used to improve state early care and education systems, policies, and practices that support children from birth to third grade. All kindergartners in public schools will be assessed via the MnKFA beginning in School Year 2027-28.
MDE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PROPOSALS OUTSIDE OF SWIFT. RESPONSES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN THE eSUPPLIER PORTAL OF SWIFT.
RESPONDERS SHOULD CONTACT THE SWIFT HELPDESK AT 651-201-8100 OPTION #1 FOR ASSISTANCE WITH SWIFT.
