After conducting a comprehensive market analysis, the Minnesota Department of Education has determined that Deeloh Technology is the sole viable vendor capable of providing the specialized testing platform required for our Bilingual Seals assessments. MDE intends to purchase Deeloh Technology's Bilingual Seals Services.
