NOTICE OF PROJECT

Minneopa-Grace-Asbury Project
Ottumwa, IA

Project Description

This project will consist of full-depth, full-width PCC reconstruction. New storm sewer will also be installed. The sanitary sewers have been lined and new water main was installed last year ahead of the project.

Streets being reconstructed are; Minneopa Avenue from Mowery to Albia Road, Grace Street from Mowery south to the dead end, and Asbury Avenue between Grace and Minneopa.

100% Performance and Payment Bond

Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately after the 2:00 pm deadline in Room 108 by the City Clerk's office.

Project Completion: 120 Working Days

Liquidated Damages: $200.00 per day.
