given that the Mobile County Commission, Mobile, Alabama, will receive bxds on
the following items:
MINIM[JM SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONE (1) 27 FOOT CUSTOM BUILT CENTER CONSOLE VESSEL
FOR MOBILE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE:
Any questions or comments concerning the bid requirements must be brought to

1. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE
The undersigned bidder hereby proposes to furnish and deliver a fiilly equipped 27' Center
Console Vessel in strict accordance with the specifications outlined herein. The bidder certifies
that all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to meet the specifications are included in this
bid.
