Mini Excavator

Sealed bids will be received by the Burke County Board of Commissioners at the Burke County Courthouse, 602 Liberty Street, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830, Attn: Merv Waldrop, until 12:00 PM (Noon) on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, for the purchase of one (1) mini-excavator meeting the following minimum specifications: enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning; AM/FM radio; 65 HP engine; boom equipped with a hydraulic thumb and a quick coupler compatible with a 24-inch tooth bucket and at least a 48-inch ditching bucket; machine counterweighted for use with the thumb and ditching bucket; backfill blade; steel tracks with rubber pads; and a rear-mounted camera. The unit must include all operator, repair, and service manuals in paper form, along with complete warranty information and the delivery timeframe submitted with the bid. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "MINI-EXCAVATOR BID - ROADS AND BRIDGES - November 5, 2025." Late bids will not be accepted.
