Project Description: The work per the contract documents, dated October 7, 2025, and any addenda thereto, involves the renovation of Millstone Creek Park and Playground, including the demolition and legal disposal of the playground surfacing and select playground equipment; installation of new bonded rubber surfacing; installation of owner-furnished playground equipment and site furniture; and site appurtenances as shown and specified.
The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $995,000.
The project completion date is June 30, 2026.
