Milling and Turning Machine

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.

Description of requirements: One (1) Milling and Turning Machine in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 23-40-1012 dated 7 March 2025. Performance period/completion 355 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Fleet Readiness Center Southwest Building 472 NAS NORTH ISLAND, CA. 92135. The complete technical data package VIBB 23-35-1101 including machine, Tooling, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tags, Foundation, Shipping, and Installation requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal sufficient to determine capability which may be considered by the agency. Proposals must be submitted not later than the closing date and time as listed. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management website (https://www.sam.gov). All proposals received after the closing date listed shall be considered “late” and may not be considered for award.
