    3. New plans and proposal have been created, titled "DF00564 - Plans – REV 10-20-2026" and
    “DF00564 – Proposal – REV 10-20-2026”. Download and use these versions for bidding. Discard
    any previous versions.
    4. EBS File:
    a. An addendum EBS electronic bidding data file has been created and uploaded to the Bidding and
    Letting Site and to Bid Express.
