    above.
    Proposed Amendments / Changes / Clarifications:
    1. Proposal:
    Section – Roadway: Notes to Contractor added on R-1 REV addressing modified Traffic
    Control provisions for Map 1 (NC 211)
    2. Plans:
    Typical: Note added to start milling at a 2” minimum depth on the centerline for Map 1 (NC
    211). Note also added referencing the Notes to Contractor in the proposal on sheet R-1 REV.
    Estimated Leveling: Sheet added for 2” cut at centerline of Map 1 (NC 211)
    3. New Plans and Proposal have been created, titled PLANS – REV 2/20/2026 and "PROPOSAL –
    REV – 2-20-26". Download and use this version for bidding. Discard any previous versions.
