The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system.

The scope of work for the 2026 Milling & Resurfacing Pavement Program includes but is not limited to: maintenance of traffic/temporary traffic control/lane closures; erosion & sedimentation control; guardrail removal & replacement; curb & gutter concrete barrier wall and transitions installations; milling & resurfacing; and signage & pavement markings.

The Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will take place 10/28 at 10:00 AM on Teams.
