Project Description: This re-bid procurement (“Bid”) is for the Demolition (Blight Removal) of 557 Miller Avenue and 763 Miller Avenue, City of Clairton, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania 15025. Each property may be awarded individually to separate contractors, with award made to the lowest responsible bidder for each individual structure, or to a single contractor for the combined bid, at the sole discretion of the City of Clairton based on the best interest of the City.
