Millcreek Township Salt Storage Shed

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Millcreek Township, Lebanon County for the Millcreek Township Salt Storage Shed Project until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Monday, December 9, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete and trussed roof salt storage shed, including paved asphalt floor, paved access drive, site work and grading, and other associated work as more fully described on the Construction Drawings.
Questions shall be submitted via the “Public Q&A” feature within PennBid.
Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the bid work.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at the Millcreek Township Municipal Building, 81 East Alumni Avenue, Newmanstown, PA 17073.
Millcreek Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
