Zoning Board of Adjustment
TAKE NOTICE that on the 2nd day of March, 2026, the Millburn Township Zoning Board of Adjustment took the following actions:
1.Calendar No. 4058-25. Adopted a resolution memorializing the granting of use and bulk
variance relief, preliminary and final site plan approval to Diamond Towers V LLC to
install a monopole and associated telecommunications equipment on the property located
at 137 JFK Parkway, Short Hills.
2. Calendar No. 4062-25. Adopted a resolution memorializing the granting of bulk
variance relief to Kim Fang to construct an addition on the property located at 3 Ridge
Terrace, Short Hills.
3. Calendar No. 4065-25. Adopted a resolution memorializing the granting of bulk
variance relief to Jason & Jillian Rainer to construct an addition on the property located
at 50 Farbrook Drive, Short Hills.
Copies of the aforementioned resolution are on file in the office of the Board Secretary, Millburn Town Hall, 22 E. Willow Street, and available for public inspection between 8:30 AM -- 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
4. Calendar No. 4053-25. Granted variance relief to 28 Glen Avenue LLC to
construct an addition on the property located at 28 Glen Avenue, Millburn.
5. Calendar No. 4064-25. Granted variance relief to Yiyang & Haimin Zhang to construct
an addition on the property located at 42 Campbell Road, Short Hills.
6.Calendar No. 4068-26. Granted variance relief to Rajesh Maheshwari to construct an
addition on the property located at 690 Ridgewood Road, Millburn.
7. Calendar No. 3964-23. Granted a 1-year extension of variance relief to Jose
Valdes/Laura Huober to construct an addition on the property located at 53 Sagamore
Road, Millburn.
Resolutions memorializing the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matter will be adopted at the April 13, 2026 meeting.
8. Calendar No. 4051-25. Announced that the application of 521 MA Properties, seeking
variance relief, preliminary and final site plan approval to develop the property located at
521 Millburn Avenue, Millburn with two (2) two-bedroom residential apartments over
existing retail space, was carried to April 13, 2026.
9. Calendar No. 4074-26. Announced that the application of The Little Club Tennis Center,
appealing the Zoning Officer’s denial of a zoning permit, was carried to April 27, 2026.
10. Calendar No. 4059-25. Announced that the application of Sam Hawksworth to install a
shed on the property located at 116 Cypress Street, Millburn, was withdrawn by the
applicant.
11. Calendar No. 4066-25. Announced that the application of Qian/Cheng to construct an
addition on the property located at 738 Ridgewood Road, Millburn, was withdrawn by the
applicant.
