Qualifications:

Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor & Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive. Mass DOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Pavement-Surfacing, for the project with an estimated value of $692,707.50 will be required.”
