Project Description: The Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority (WVSA) is requesting Bids for the construction of the MILL CREEK (THE BOG) STREAMBANK RESTORATION - CONTRACT NO. 2024-17, generally consisting of the construction of approximately 400 linear feet of streambank restoration in Plains Township and Wilkes Barre City, Luzerne County, PA. Sealed Bids shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program website https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com, until 11:00 am (local time) on November 6, 2024. The bids received shall be made available online to all bid document holders shortly after the bid opening.
