Invitation to Bid: IFB 25-010R Mill Creek Property Sale

The City of Sugar Hill is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of 0.35 acres of land at 4605 Creek Bluff Drive, Lot 10 in the Mill Creek Subdivision. The property is being sold as-is with no warranties, and a privately maintained drainage easement exists on-site.

The bidding process includes two optional pre-bid site visits on May 1, 2025 at 4 p.m. and May 4, 2025, at 2 p.m. The deadline to submit sealed bids is May 15, 2025, by 11 a.m. Bids will be opened on May 15, 2025,?at 11:15 a.m. at Sugar Hill City Hall. The anticipated award date is June 12, 2025. All bids must include earnest money equaling 1.5 percent of the bid price, which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.
