Invitation to Bid: IFB 25-010 Mill Creek Property Sale

The City of Sugar Hill is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of 0.35 acres of land at 4605 Creek Bluff Drive, Lot 10 in the Mill Creek Subdivision. The property is being sold as-is with no warranties, and a privately maintained drainage easement exists on-site.

The bidding process includes two optional pre-bid site visits on March 13 and March 18 at 2 p.m. The deadline to submit sealed bids is April 3, 2025, by 11 a.m. Bids will be opened on April 3 at 11:15 a.m. at Sugar Hill City Hall. The anticipated award date is April 14, 2025. All bids must include earnest money equaling 1.5 percent of the bid price, which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.
