26/27-09 Milk Delivery Margin, Juices and Dairy

Project Description: This bid intends to contract with vendors to provide Milk, Juices, and Dairy products to the Food Service Department for the 2026-2027 School Year. The Board of Education requests bid prices for the items listed on the Bid Proposal Form. The term of the contract shall be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, as per the schedule set by the Director of Food Services. All prices submitted are guaranteed for one year from the date of the award of the contract. Public Notice: Procuring Goods and Services Financed with Federal Funds The Board of Education hereby provides public notice that federal funds will be used to procure the goods/services as outlined in the bid specifications. Federal Program-National School Lunch Program. One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Cost of Bid.
AWARD OF CONTRACT:
It is the intention of the Passaic County Vocational School District Board of Education to award the
contract to the vendor who submits the lowest total delivery cost bid for each contract;
Contract A – will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder for Contract A - Milk Delivery Margin.
Contract B – will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder for Contract B – Juices.
Contract C – will be awarded on a line-by-line basis.
