BIDDERS CONFERENCE: August 14th, 2026, at 10:00AM (EST)
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on August 14th, 2026, at 10:00AM. Visitors must surrender a valid
driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend.
Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list.

Special Instructions:
A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the Security and current within one year. Form shall be submitted in PDF format by email to Project Manager.
