Description
Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide work on Cell 5 that consists of installing temporary erosion and sediment controls, site preparation, excavation; hauling and placing structural fill, select clay, cover and topsoil materials. In addition, a multilayer geosynthetic liner system with a leachate collection system, including a leachate storage tank, will be installed. located at Midshore II Regional Solid Waste Facility 12236 River Road Ridgely, MD 21660
