Invitation to Bidders:
FARCO, acting as Construction Manager for the Midland School District, will be receiving bids for the Midland High School Addition, located in Pleasant Plains, Arkansas. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. December 2nd, 2025 and should be delivered to FARCO Batesville, 1530 Batesville Blvd, Batesville, AR 72501 or emailed to Jonathan Bennett at jbennett@gofarco.com . There will be a public bid opening at the Midland School District Administration Building, 741 Main St, Pleasant Plains, AR 72568. Bids will be received and placed under review. The project owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities.

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid that exceeds $100,000. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, FARCO and Midland District encourages all small, minority-owned, and woman-owned business enterprise to submit bids for this project.
