Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Middletown, Connecticut (the “Authority”) is seeking to contract through the competitive proposal process with one or more vendors (together, the “Contractor”) to provide legal services including, but not limited to: general counsel; development counsel and HUD regulatory; construction counsel; employment; summary process; and bond counsel, all as described in the scope of services in this RFP.
