MIDDLE SCHOOL RENOVATIONS/ADDITIONS
The Garland Independent School District will be accepting competitive sealed proposals for the
Middle School Renovations/Additions until 1:00 p.m., January 15, 2026, at the Garland ISD
Purchasing Construction Bond Department, 701 N. First Street, Garland, Texas 75040, where
starting at 1:10 PM local time, proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Beginning December 12, 2025, the CSP information will be available at:

Pre-proposal Meeting: Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM, at 701 N. First St, Garland, TX
75040. Site visits to follow.
