This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Description of Requirement: Services will include the creation of structures suitable for cavity nesting wildlife. The Government shall neither supervise Contractor employees nor control the method by which the Contractor performs the required tasks. Under no circumstances shall the Government assign tasks to, or prepare work schedules for, individual Contractor employees. as described in RFQ 1240BK25Q0071 pdf.

A site visit has not been scheduled for this requirement. Offerors are however encouraged to conduct their own research into the area, this research is at the offerors own expense and is not reimbursable by the government.
