ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for construction of Middle Creek Lift Station Force Main Repairs will be received at the office

of the City of Pigeon Forge, 3211 Rena Street, Pigeon Forge, TN 37868 (Owner), until 2:00 PM local time,

on the 12th day of February 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any Bids

received after the specified time will not be considered.

The Project includes the replacement of approximately 500 LF of 12-inch DIP, including and 275 LF of 24”

Steel Casing pipe by jack and bore, and associated valves, fittings, and other appurtenances. The work is to

occur in the right-of-way and easement at the intersection of Jayell Road and Veterans Boulevard in Sevier

County, TN.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at Cannon & Cannon, Inc., 10025 Investment

Drive, Suite 120, Knoxville, TN 37932, 865-670-8555 on Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of

8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or online at www.cannon-cannon.com and may obtain copies of the Bidding

Digital Downloads will be available Friday, January 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM from the Issuing Office at

www.cci-corp.com “Bid Information” or at www.questcdn.com, Project #10032786, for a non-refundable fee

of $30.00. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Cannon & Cannon, Inc. during the

hours indicated above, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $100.00 for each set. There will be no refunds

of any type. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents,

including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at

City of Pigeon Forge Public Works Department at 3211 Rena Street, Pigeon Forge, TN 37868.

Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount in accordance with the

Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and

Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid.

The Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The OWNER reserves the right to reject

any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
