REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Liberty County, Georgia publicly advertises its intention to contract for the procurement and installation of a generator for the MidCoast Regional Airport, generally described as the project entitled “MidCoast Regional Airport Generator Proposal.”

This Notice further advertises a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36-91-20 et. Seq. for “MidCoast Regional Airport Generator Proposal”, dated February 10, 2026. In this regard, all interested persons desiring to contract with the County for the procurement and installation of a generator for the MidCoast Regional Airport, shall submit proposals marked “MidCoast Regional Airport Generator Proposal” regarding the same to the Liberty County Board of Commissioner via mail at 100 Main Street, Suite 1320, Hinesville, Liberty County, Georgia 31313, (delivery and return receipt requested) or in person at 112 Main Street, Courthouse Annex, Suite 2200, Hinesville, GA 31313 no later than 2:00 p.m., EST., on April 2, 2026.
