RACW seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms in support of Washington County’s Local Share Account Program for the MID MON VALLEY WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY BASIS OF DESIGN REPORT FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND DESIGN OF PUMP STATION PROJECT NO. LS 25-33 in Allenport Borough, Washington County, Pennsylvania. The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in RFP#LS-154.  A copy of this document may be obtained from RACW by emailing redevelopment@racw.net or by calling 724- 228‑6875.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
