Announcement: Pre-Solicitation Notice

The Mid-Atlantic Service Unit serves the Pamunkey, Chickahominy, Eastern Chickahominy, Monacan, Nansemond, Rappahannock, and Upper Mattaponi tribes. The brick-and-mortar clinic construction is completed. Now, the service unit needs to furnish it for the clinic to become operational.

In order for the Mid-Atlantic Service Unit (MASU), also known as the Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center (MATHC), to provide direct services to the native populations in Virginia, the clinic requires furniture. This furniture acquisition not only serves to seat patients while in wait, but also serves to provide work stations for the staff.

This announcement seeks participation from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and/or Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) that can fulfill furniture and design requirements. Include attached IEE Representation form with your response. To complete the response to this announcement, please email Andrew.Rhoades@ihs.gov indicating your interest and provide any capability data available along with your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Respondents should have an active registration in SAM.gov. Capability data should be for performance of same or similar tasking within the last 3 years.
