Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (âVCSFA,â Virginia Spaceport Authority or âVSAâ) owns and operates the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS). VCSFA seeks proposals for the design, fabrication, testing, and delivery of a 15,000-gallon vertical vacuum insulated liquid nitrogen (LN2) storage tank used to support the launch vehicle loading operations at Pad 0A, NASA Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA. VCSFA is requesting a base scope of one (1) tank with the option to purchase up to six (6) additional tanks.
