Microsoft Surface Pro Purchase (7 Units)

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) as a secondary competition under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet Master Contract (060B5400007).

DHCD is seeking bids from Master Contractors authorized under this contract and approved Microsoft resellers for the purchase of seven (7) Microsoft Surface Pro 13-inch (Copilot+ PC) devices meeting the specifications outlined in the PORFP.

This procurement is designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR); only certified SBR vendors that are Master Contractors under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet Master Contract are eligible to respond.

Vendors must acknowledge the solicitation in eMMA and indicate their intent to respond (“Yes” or “No”) in order to access and submit a proposal.

Offerors must provide pricing, confirm manufacturer authorization, and include estimated delivery timeframe. All proposed equipment must be new and meet the required specifications.
