Microsoft 365 GCC Licenses

The City of Framingham (“City”) invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide the city with a guided migration from on-premise email, SharePoint, and file access to Microsoft's Government Community Cloud (GCC), including administrative and end-user training.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Portal. Proposals submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

RFP documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bid Net Portal portal on Wednesday November 19, 2025 after 10:00 A.M.

Proposals shall be submitted through Bid Net and are due on Wednesday December 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
