The Klamath County Board of Commissioners and Klamath County Technology Maintenance invite proposals from organizations qualified to provide renewal of the County’s Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with the latest feature and superior terms.

The RFP document may be obtained from the undersigned at 305 Main Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601 or by calling (541) 851- 3693 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The RFP is also available on the web at http://www.klamathcounty.org/Bids.aspx . There will be no mandatory pre-proposal meeting. Questions pertaining to the scope of work should be directed to the Klamath County Information Technology Department.

Proposals marked “Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Renewal” shall be received by the Contract and Risk Manager no later than11 a.m., April 24, 2023 at the address listed on the front page of the RFP. Proposals may be delivered via U.S. Mail or courier or hand-delivered. Proposals shall be sent to the attention of Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager. Late or faxed submitted proposals shall not be accepted.

Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so.
