The City is soliciting Statements of Qualification from qualified firms to provide ongoing managed services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), ensuring stable operations, timely resolution of issues, and alignment with best practices. The scope of work will also support implementation of system enhancements, integrations, and future modules that improve efficiency, maintain platform currency, and enable the City to maximize its investment in D365 F&O.
