TRS seeks an independent vendor to perform a focused, risk-based security assessment before Copilot licenses are activated for end users.
The engagement is limited to assessment and recommendations. The vendor will not change production configurations or implement remediation.
- Validate the security controls protecting the pilot.
- Identify material conditions that could expose TRS information.
- Identify required pre-rollout remediation.
- Provide a clear readiness determination.
