Overview
The City of Cheyenne and the Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority invite qualified organizations, companies, vendors, manufacturers or other entities to submit a proposal to develop, install, own, operate and maintain a dockless vehicle program. We are also actively seeking submittals that include electric scooters (e-scooters) and electric bikes (e-bikes) as part of a combined program or a partnership. Submittals that do not accommodate bike share will not be considered.
