Micro Surfacing Emulsion Additive
Description:

The County of Rockland is seeking to purchase an emulsion additive for road resurfacing on an as needed basis. This specification applies to incorporating performance enhancing additive materials into micro-surfacing. These performance additives are intended to augment, not replace, conventional micro-surfacing materials as specified by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) for use in New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS) state-wide contracts. Accordingly, price proposals shall include only the additive materials and be in addition to the unit prices for conventional materials as specified.
