Sealed bids containing 4 original copies will be received by the Greene County Board of Commissioners until the “BID OPENING DATE”, at which time the bids will be publicly opened at the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, 35 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, and read aloud for the:

Miami Valley Juvenile Rehabilitation Center, Interior Renovations. Bid forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon request from the County Services Department or retrieved electronically from: https://www.greenecountyohio.gov/Bids , or by going to https://www.greenecountyohio.gov and clicking on “Bids”.

Sealed envelopes containing bids must be submitted with the ITB NAME prominently written and displayed on the outside of the envelope/packages. Bids must be submitted on the bid form furnished with accompanying required bonds. Any bids deemed non-compliant shall be rejected.

The Greene County Board of Commissioners is tax-exempt.
