Title: Miami County, KS Transfer Station-Design-Build Services for Repairs

Miami County, Kansas is requesting price proposals from qualified design-build teams for repairs to the Miami County Transfer Station located at 23765 W 327th Street, Paola, KS 66071. The project includes assessment, permitting, and repair work as specified in this RFP.
The design-build team shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the following: repair metal roof leaks; repair damaged metal wall sections; repair leaking windows; repair a hole in the concrete tipping floor; repair plumbing to the eyewash station; repair south garage door (door off track, track bent, metal brace on door separated).
All repair work must be conducted between 4:00 p.m. on Fridays and 7:00 a.m. on Mondays, excluding the second Saturday of each month.
