Summary
  • The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals involved in the rehabilitation of existing maintenance access holes located at various locations throughout the City, as required by the Specifications and Contract Documents. The general items of work include cleaning the entire manhole interior, repair/reconstruction of the failed sections of the structure, stopping active leaks through manhole walls and joints, and preparation of surfaces to receive the application of coatings designed to resist the effects of hydrogen sulfide gas or the effects of aging.
