Project Description: Work included under this Project consists of, but is not limited to, General Construction selective demolition of support areas, roof repair, GWB wall and removal/reinstallation of existing ACT ceiling; HVAC work includes selective demolition, new fan coils, pumps, piping, piping insulation equipment and building controls. Electrical work includes selective demolition, light fixtures and new circuits for HVAC equipment.
