Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a qualified individual or entity to conduct certain farming activities on property owned by the City of Manhattan, Kansas (City) on land managed by the Airport Director.
Individuals or entities shall submit their Statements for Qualifications (SOQ's) for performing the services specified in the RFQ.
SOQs are due by September 30, 2025, at 5:00 pm Central. Submissions should be clearly marked “Airport Farm Lease Qualification” and sent to:
