The Office of Mental Health is seeking Request for Proposals (RFPs) from not-for-profit organizations to develop and operate a nine (9) unit Short-Term Transitional Residence (STTR). The organizations should have experience in operating a licensed mental health housing program.

The program will be for street homeless adults who need help making the move to more independent housing. Mental health or other diagnostic criteria are not required to access housing through this initiative.
