MH253005 - Peer Bridger Services Technical Assistance Grant

The Office of Mental Health is seeking proposals to contract with one (1) entity to offer technical assistance to Article 28 facilities. The facilities must use the Peer Bridger model for people transitioning from hospital to community.

The awardee will receive $100,000 annually to provide support on peer service best practices. This includes:

  • training
  • guidance
  • an ongoing learning collaborative
