General Notice:

The Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

PAVING & STRIPING PROJECTS – PERKINSTON & HARRISON COUNTY CAMPUSES (RE-BID)

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Business Office of the Harrison County Campus located at 2226 Switzer Road, Gulfport, MS 39507, until April 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time . The Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Conference Room of the Vice-President of the Harrison County Campus.

The Project includes the following Work:

Milling and paving of asphalt streets and parking lots, along with placement of permanent striping on the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Campuses of Perkinston and Harrison County.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: PAVING & STRIPING PROJECTS – PERKINSTON & HARRISON COUNTY CAMPUSES (RE-BID)

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. All bid documents must be purchased through the website. The cost of bid documents is non-refundable.
