Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide MGA Grounds Maintenance- Cochran, Eastman, Dublin to the MIddle Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Middle Georgia State University is seeking a supplier to establish an agency contract for ground maintenance on the Cochran, Eastman and Dublin campuses. The contract will be for one initial year beginning July 01, 2026, with the option to renew up to four (4), one (1) year terms.
