MGA Airplane Avionic repairs

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide MGA Aircraft Avionic repairs to the Middle Georgia State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.
Middle Georgia State University- School of Aviation (MGA), is an FAA certified Part 141/61 flight training school with campuses located in Eastman and Macon, GA. In operation for over 25 years, the school has continually grown and currently operates 53 airplanes and helicopters for flight training. We have over 500 students and fly approximately 17,000 hours per year.
MGA is seeking an FAA certified avionics repair station(s) which is proficient at the installation, interfacing, and troubleshooting of Garmin, Aspen, King, Avidyne, S-Tec, and other avionics systems. The provider must have a proven track record of quality work, customer service, and the ability to return an aircraft to service in a timely fashion.
The contract will align with MGA¿s fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with the option for four, one- year renewal terms.
