2025 MFT Resurfacing Project

The Village of Western Springs, Cook County, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed bids for the 2025 MFT Resurfacing Project. Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. (Prevailing Local Time) on the 8th Day of April 2025 by mail or hand-delivered to the Village Clerk’s office, Village of Western Springs, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois, 60558-0528. Immediately thereafter, all bids will be publicly opened and read. Contract plans, specifications, and proposal forms will be available electronically for a $30 fee on QuestCDN #9512317 at www.questcdn.com . Work includes asphalt street resurfacing, pavement milling, hot mix asphalt placement, concrete curb and gutter repairs, concrete sidewalk repairs, parkway restoration, hot mix asphalt pavement patching at various locations throughout the Village of Western Springs.
