The City of Mattoon is accepting sealed proposals for PCC/CLSM of Section 26-00000-03-GM. All questions concerning the contract are due no later than April 28 , 2026, at 12:00 pm. Proposals shall be submitted on bid documents that are available to you. Sealed bids labeled “2026 PCC/CLSM” are due by 10:00 A.M. on Monday May 4, 2026, to the City Clerk’s office at 208 North 19th Street, Mattoon, Illinois 61938. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
